Different Ideas offers one to one coaching on delivering speeches, presentation and increasing stage presence for business executives.

It is a common misconception that presence and charisma are gifts that people are born with. Although some people appear to be naturally gifted performers, the reality is that these skills have to be nutured and developed. Actors spend 3 years at drama school training - and even then they continue to learn about performance during each job they undertake. For them, it is a lifetime's study.
Many actors and performers are in fact introvert people - but they are able to 'switch on' on stage in front of an audience, because they have learnt how to perform.

Working one to one with a theatre director or acting coach can:

- increase your confidence in presenting or speaking
- increase your stage presence
- increase your rapport with your employees or clients
- help you relax 'in the spotlight'

Each one to one session is tailored to the individual concerned.
Sessions can be booked as one offs, or regularly for ongoing development.
We recommend, however, that each session is targeted towards a particular work related milestone (eg. mastering a speech at an international conference).
All meetings are confidential - allowing the client to relax, express their concerns fully, and work without inhabition towards positive solutions.
